Veronica Sharkey

Veronica Sharkey MSW, LGSW

Sees Adults, Adolescents (16-18 Years), and Couples.

Veronica (she/her) graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a masters degree in Clinical Social Work.

Veronica specializes in supporting clients with anxiety. She also has expertise working with clients struggling with low mood, relationship issues, and major life transitions. She is trained in The Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network Model, a neuroscience-based trauma training to address the ways that past stress impacts our current thoughts and feelings. Veronica also utilizes CBT and solutions-focused approaches to support clients in setting their own goals and effectively working towards measurable relief.

Veronica enjoys working with couples. She is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral Mediator, and she prides herself on her ability to understand and empathize with multiple truths at one time.

Outside of work Veronica enjoys spending time outside and caring for her dog, Alba.
