Kayla (she/her) is a licensed graduate social worker (LGSW). She graduated from the Master of Social Work program at St. Catherine University in 2020. She has a wide range of experiences in working with children, adolescents, and adults across settings, including schools, healthcare clinics, community-based services, and legal clinics.

Kayla has experience working with individuals with anxiety, panic attacks/disorders, depression, PTSD, and ADHD. She approaches mental health treatment using third-wave therapies and utilizes mindfulness approaches. Kayla has taken further training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and she incorporates these modalities into her practices

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys dancing, reading, knitting, hiking, and spending time with her family and pets.
