Sees Adolescents (12-18 Years) and Adults
I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker who enjoys helping people find the resources within themselves to grow, heal, and reach their goals. I enjoy working with people ages 14+ on a variety of issues, and I am passionate in helping neurodiverse (ADHD and autism) people, domestic violence survivors, LGBTQ+ folks, and those healing from trauma.
I am a welcoming, sensitive, curious, and down to Earth person who provides a non-judgmental, safe space for my clients, and I love to laugh and be creative with my clients. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy rooted in person-centered, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavioral models. I also have training in motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care. I have experience working in community-based mental health and at a domestic violence shelter.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy video games, writing, movies, gardening, and spending time with my husband and fur babies.
