Ashley Rohloff

Each of us lives a unique and complex life with our own ambitions, routines, fears, and inherited craziness. Our lives create an epic story that continues invisibly around you with elaborate and meaningful experiences. At times we can feel stuck, unhappy, or even lost. Each time we consciously work with our pain, we are working towards a more nuanced understanding of ourselves – an understanding that is less binary and more inclusive of our humanity.

I believe that you are the expert on your life. The opportunity for self-exploration in a confidential setting could enhance your awareness, empowering and strengthening you to live a more fulfilled life. It is my goal to work collaboratively with you in creating a therapeutic environment that promotes trust, understanding, and growth.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which aims to address how your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions influence your life. I am also AIR (Adaptive Internal Relational) certified to work with complex trauma survivors. I enjoy working with a diverse population of individuals (18+) dealing with anxiety/fear, emotion management, low self-esteem/self-worth, relationship issues, trauma, identity concerns, and life transition difficulties.

Note: she sees Adolescents 18+ and adults
