"Staying vulnerable is a risk we have to take if we want to experience connection." --Brene Brown

Starting therapy takes vulnerability, and it is an honor to work with individuals who are leaning into the process. My intention is to develop a collaborative therapeutic connection as a way to increase understanding of the self, resulting in working towards your desired goals. I practice therapy from a systemic, strengths-based
approach that places you at the center. I strive to create a warm and safe environment for all to feel a sense of belonging.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Family Studies at the Metropolitan State University and my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary's University of
Minnesota. I am currently working towards my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. In my free time, I enjoy being in nature, reading, crafting, and trying new restaurants. I look forward to hearing your story and walking alongside of you through the process of healing.
