Danielle is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She enjoys working with adults who are 18 years or older. She has experience working with individuals who have alcohol and/or drug addiction, those in recovery, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss. She is also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Danielle believes that everyone is the expert on themselves, and the power to heal is within. She aids people in finding their own path towards recovery from mental health and chemical health concerns.
Danielle utilizes techniques from various modalities, including person centered therapy, harm reduction approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adaptive information processing theory (IAP), and practices trauma informed therapy. She has experience working in outpatient community mental health clinics, inpatient chemical dependency treatment centers, and mental health crisis stabilization.
