Sees Children (7-12 Years), Adolescents (13-18 Years), Adults, Couples and Families
I graduated with my Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and went on to complete my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler Graduate School in Richfield.
I am passionate in helping clients reflect to find the source behind their behavioral and emotional struggles, discover their strengths and areas in need of progress, and to grow and gain a sense of self.
I have worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and trauma. I work with individual clients ages 7 years old and up, families, and couples.
I work from a family systems and person-centered approach and believe in working with the client to learn and grow. I have experience working with individuals and families in community mental health.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, watching movies, taking walks, and listening to music.
