I’m the kind of therapist who makes you want to tell your friends, “You have to try therapy!” I’ve spent years helping people work through whatever’s weighing them down, whether it’s anxiety, depression, difficult coworkers, or even potty-training chaos. I aim to create a space where you can be real, feel safe, and know you won’t be judged. No sugarcoating, just honest, genuine support.
I use a blend of techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing, but what matters most is finding what actually works for you. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about making progress, feeling better, and building a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
When I’m not in session changing lives (no pressure), I’m probably rewatching The Office, embarrassing my three kids by belting show tunes, or trying to bake the perfect macaron. If you’re looking for a real and relatable therapist who’s ready to help you make changes, I’d love to work with you.
