Sees Adolescents (Age 13 to 17) and Adults (18+)
I’m Sid (she/her), a clinical trainee pursuing my MSW at St. Catherine University. I enjoy
working with teens, young adults, and adults, including neurodivergent (ADHD &
autistic), multiracial, and LGBTQIA+ folks.
You might be coming to therapy to better understand yourself or your relationships, work
through complicated feelings like shame or perfectionism, navigate big life changes, or
make sense of something that’s been feeling hard. I want to create a space where you
can bring your whole self, including all the messy, complicated, and uncertain parts.
As a Black biracial person, and someone with a background in community organizing,
I’ve thought a lot about identity, belonging, and the ways our communities and larger
systems shape who we are and how we move through the world. I’m especially drawn
to helping people better understand their values, relationships, and sense of self, while
making space for all these layers that inform who we are.
My approach to our work is compassionate, thoughtful, and conversational. You know
yourself best, and I see therapy as a collaborative process. Sometimes therapy might
look like finding practical tools or creating systems that really work for your brain and
your life. Other times, we might slow down and unpack your experiences, relationships,
or the stuck feelings or stories you’ve been holding. My work is informed by relational,
mindfulness, and acceptance-based approaches, and I’m always happy to bring in art
and humor when it feels useful!
I’d love to hear what’s bringing you in and see if we’re a good fit! I look forward to
connecting with you.
