Allison is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She enjoys working with adolescents/teens, adults, couples, and families. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relational issues, trauma, and is EMDR-trained. Allison has a history of working in residential treatment centers, and outpatient therapy settings.

Her approach to therapy is family systems-based, and she adds value by providing an empathetic, non-judgmental environment for her clients. She strives to focus on strengths and resources to aid in change, and find some humor in life’s challenges throughout the therapeutic process.

Allison holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
