Vanda Counseling and Psychological Services is currently seeking full time, licensed or license-eligible outpatient therapists for our Rogers, Roseville, and Golden Valley offices to provide therapy services for adolescents, adults, couples and/or families. Opportunities for facilitating groups and doing psychological assessment are also available. Particular need for those with interest and experienced in working with eating disorders and trauma, although those without these specialty interests are still encouraged to apply.

The position offers a competitive, percentage-based compensation with opportunities for growth over time. Earning potential for full time employees between 80k and 100k+. Consultation groups for Independent Contractors are available monthly. Hours are flexible and our environment is professional and supportive.

Job Requirements:

Licensed or license-eligible to practice independently in the state of Minnesota and eligible for insurance panels (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, RPT, LADC, ect).

MA/MS/PhD/PsyD from accredited institution

Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals

Ability to see a minimum of 15 clients a week
