Sees Adults (18+) and Groups

I am passionate about empowering others to be their most authentic selves by meeting you where you are at while creating a warm and safe space. I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic alliance to walk alongside you on your unique journey in life. I enjoy supporting adults (18+) on a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, dissociative disorders, interpersonal relationships, identity conflict, infertility, life transitions, pregnancy, spiritual/religious concerns, stress, suicidal ideation, and trauma/PTSD. My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed in combination with dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

I am specializing in women’s health and perinatal mental health including postpartum depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, PTSD, bipolar, psychosis, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), perimenopause, menopause, endometriosis, and PMOS (previously known as PCOS).

I am trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and DBT-PE (prolonged exposure) therapies and have advanced training in assessing dissociative disorders. I also pull tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems (IFS) in my work.
