Morgan Brumbaugh
Morgan Pegelow MA, LMFT

Morgan enjoys helping others find the tools that they need to take control of their own mental health and start down the path of healing. She works from a systemic perspective, taking into account how relationships and personal experiences impact our worldview. Utilizing a solutions-focused and narrative approach to treatment allows Morgan to help her clients identify their own goals and take measurable steps towards change.

Morgan enjoys working with couples, adults and adolescents. She has experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. Her experience includes working in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient settings to treat PTSD and OCD. Morgan received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Morgan is certified in Prolonged Exposure (PE) and utilizes this along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to address trauma. This allows her to walk with teens and adults through their trauma history to target distressing memories and negative self-beliefs and finally process them in a healthy way.

Morgan is also certified in prepare/enrich marital and premarital counseling. She enjoys working with couples in all life stages to work towards a healthy relationship.
