Ashley Smith
Ashley Smith MA, LPCC

Ashley Smith is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with her Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She has worked in the mental health field for over six years, serving rural communities in hospital, in-home, outpatient, and school-based settings.

Ashley’s special interests include working with school-age children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing changes in mood, negative academic performance, poor relationships, life transitions, family conflicts, and self-injurious behaviors. Ashley provides individual and family psychotherapy from a client-centered and trauma-informed point of view, and has expertise in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She enjoys incorporating play and art therapy strategies into her sessions, and has the belief that a therapist’s role is one of a “sounding board” – there to listen to the client, reiterate ideas back to the client, and be there to facilitate acceptance and growth within the client.

Ashley Smith will see clients in our Rogers office starting on May 17th. To schedule with Ashley as a new client, please call: (763) 575-8086 ext 1. Existing clients may use our online scheduling portal via the button link below.
